Ipad air 4th generation - stuck on guided access app unavailable

Dear Team,

i have a new Ipad air 4th generation from my company.

but it has stuck on “Guided access unavailable. Please contact your administrator”.

I tried restarting, recovery mode, itunes.

All doesn’t work.

it is not even allowing to restart and ipad cannot detect via itunes.

need your help ?
