Why was I charged to much for extra coins to continue with a game .....Candy Crush?over

This worked for me:

  • go to your email account that is used for Apple ID.
  • Look for an email sent by Apple.
  • Check the history of charges and see what you were actually charged for.


It happened to my wife many times, before we noticed that.

For example, she bought something for $5.99 and they added many other offers up to $30!!!


To get you money back:

  • you can click on "Report a Problem" right below each charge that you did not buy. Not sure what this will do.
  • I got my money back immediately by logging into my bank account, from the Credit Card that is used by iPhone to pay.
  • Went to the charge. It will show the total amount, click on "Dispute this charge"
  • Choose the reason: Incorrect amount. Fill in the correct amount and say Submit.
  • The card might IMMEDIATELY say, "you will get a credit" of that amount.
