Hello, I have been getting a notification on my phone regarding iPhone back up failed. When I go to back up my phone it doesn't back up and it says iCloud Backup will occur later when connected to power, locked, and on Wi-Fi. I have shut down and disconnected my Wi-Fi and I have put my phone on charge but it still doesn't backup.

Why did you disconnect your WiFi? In order for the backup to occur the following needs to be in place - device connected to power, connected to WiFi, and locked.
I disconnected my Wi-Fi after it didn't work, I clicked on forget and put in my password again and then tried but it did not worked.
