I have not received my apple gift card

Then what? I visit this page, search and get routed back to this message. I have called and told it would be in my email and still not received it.

At the bottom right of the page there is this link - click Get support then click Music, Apps, services (bottom left)>then click App Store>then click gift card and codes.

I purchased a gift card it has not arrived
