Why can’t I find the fitness app? I’ve got the latest iOS. I’m paying for the service. What gives?

Yes. iPad Pro (2nd gen.), iOS 14.3.
When I go to the App Store, there is no apple fitness+ app.
When I go to https://9to5mac.com/2020/12/14/apple-fitness-plus-ipad-error/ and click on their link to the App Store, I see this:
At the top it says not compatible, but at the bottom you see this:
So, I’m confused... I have a subscription. I’d sure like to use it.
