iPhone 11 Rear Camera and Flash Problems
Hi, I'm using an iPhone 11 and I'm experiencing problems with my rear camera and flash.
I have tried the following steps to fix it:
- force closed the camera app
- toggled flash (which did not turn on) and waited for 10 seconds before opening the camera app
- switched from the rear camera and front camera
- toggled VoiceOver on and off
- toggled Low Power on and off
- toggled location access in Camera on and off
- removed access to the apps from the Privacy tab in Settings
- changed video format from 1080p 60 to 720 30
- reset all settings
- erased all content and settings and recovered them from backup
- updated my iOS from 14.2 to 14.3
The weird thing is, the ultrawide camera works and the green dot indicator shows up. And even if I can't turn my flash on using the button in the control center, it turns on when I turn it on while using the ultrawide. When I use the 1x and 2x, the screen is just black and the green dot indicator fades.
Is there anyone experiencing the same problem? What can I do to fix it?
