Can we have a emulator for ipad app on intel-macs ?

Apple introduced Rosetta to run apps built for intel mac on the M1 macs. Similarly can Apple please make a similar emulator for intel macs to run ipad apps.

I am aware that many emulators are available online. But if apple builds one, they can integrate it better with their hardware.

Actually I bought the 16" MacBook Pro just 2 months before Apple released M1. Now I regret as I cannot use ipad apps on my MacBook. If there is any other way to run ipad apps on intel macs please tell.
