Internet recovery

Hi, I used boot camp on my MacBook Air 2020 and when I restarted my Mac to switch from macOS to windows, I only find a globe that says: internet recovery. I had no other choice so I pressed on it, now it’s just loading. I want to know how will this affect my Mac..

First question - Is this MBA the new M1 Chip MBA?

Second - To switch from macOS to Windows or Windows to macOS - at startup immediately hold Option key. This will bring up the Boot Manager and choose to switch from / to the other operating system
