Hello I updated my storage because my 64GB are full on my phone so i bought the 200GB of icloud storage but my things aren’t going on to it. How do i transfer everything into the icloud so i can clear up space so my phone isn’t laggy ?

What do you mean by “my things aren’t going on to it”? Did you enable the respective iCloud apps under Settings > Name > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud?
Also, remember one cannot purchase iCloud storage to augment their device’s storage as the latter cannot be altered.
