Network Coverage

I am using Iphone X. When i change my cellular data to 2G, the coverage bar showed ‘no signal’, when i change to 3G or LTE, the coverage bar is full.

and if i switch my sim card to Iphone 6S, it works fine.

but if i using other sim card again in this Iphone X, the problem is the same as what happened before. Anyone knows how to deal with this problem?

i’ve tried to reset my network setting and also have tried to switch off my phone. But nothing changed.

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


Then we recommend restarting your device to see if the issue remains.
