MacBook Air M1 Mail app error: "The IMAP command “SELECT” failed with server error: Request is throttled. "

Hi,

I received my new MB air M1 yesterday, it took the mail accounts from my former MacBook but when opening the Mail app (after it automatically downloaded all the emails from hotmail and local provider and google) and when trying to delete emails or move emails, the error "The IMAP command “SELECT” failed with server error: Request is throttled. Suggested Backoff Time: 255795 milliseconds." is shown.

Can someone please help me to resolve this?
