How do I turn off headphone safety? ’Reduce loud sounds’ is greyed out in settings. It is so annoying when exercising.

At the moment you cannot. Possibly you never will, depending on whether it was a bad interpretation of the WHO recommendations or intended.
Yes we know it affects bluetooth speakers. We are just users like you.
