On macbookpro laptop letters i through p won’t work

Keys ”i” to but not including ”p”. Won't work on my MacBookPro. Please help

You may have enabled Mouse Keys:

Control the pointer using Mouse Keys on Mac - Apple Support


If not, your keyboard may be malfunctioning, and this may apply:

Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro - Apple Support
