I received an email from Keeper saying that my subscription would renew on Jan. 20th for $29.99. I do not have a subscriptiton and want to make sure I am not charged. What do I need to do?

If your subscription was made through Apple, you can cancel through Apple. Leave plenty of time before the renewal date:
