My daughters iPhone is connected via Family with mine. I've setup screen time in order to prevent the use of the phone for more than 2,5 hours per day, but these settings are not respected and she is able to use the phone and the apps she likes all day. Only the downtime setting seems to be working fine.

The screenshots were taken on my device, so yes the restrictions are set through my device. Stuff like screen time request are working fine, I did exactly what the video's you shared tell me, but it's just not working.
