Backspace will not work
The backspace button will not work on the Macbook. I have tried resetting the Macbook but it still wont work. I have also tried looking into system preference and keyboard but nothing is helping

Look at your universal access settings to make sure they are all off.
Note, if you had a spill or drop, the keys may be damaged.
Connect an external keyboard to see whether or not the problem is just with the built-in keyboard.
