Macbook Randomly Crashes

My macbook will be working fine then randomly the screen will go black. the computer seems to still be on but at that point all i can do is restart it. Then after restart i get this info in an error message. Anyone know why this is happening or what i can do to fix it? Thanks in advance

PS I have attached the error info as well as a screenshot of what kind of mac im using.
