Email Saying My iCloud Acct Locked

I received an email from email address: *****@quigleythemovie.com. Us this legitimate? The email says my iCloud ID has been locked starting today and I need to respond within 12 hours or my Apple account will be suspended. Do I respond?

No. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
