iPad won’t update to iPadOS 14.3

Hi there.

my 2017 iPad Pro is in need of an update so that I can download the newest version of a certain app I use. It is currently on version 11.2.

It will download but I get an error when I go to install. I have plenty of GBs of storage left and I am sitting right next to my router so WiFi isn’t a problem. Help!

iPad Pro, iOS 11

Your iPad Pro is too far behind in iOS/iPadOS upgrades/updates.

You will need to connect the iPad Pro to a Windows PC or older Mac, running an older macOS, connected to the Internet, running the latest iTunes and let the iTunes update feature update that iPad Pro to iPadOS 14.3.

With a newer Mac, running a much newer macOS, you use the macOS Finder to upgrade that iPad Pro to iPadOS 14.3.
