how to setup my new Iphone cell network

Just got new iPhone 12...transferred all data...how to get 'phone' to work? is that something I need to contact sprint about?

  1. You can transfer the sim card from the old phone to the new 12 assuming its a nano sized sim: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. You can use the eSim to directly setup the service: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support
  3. Contact Sprint and have them provide a new Sim Card to insert in the iPhone.
