Update Apple ID Settings on ipad
I am getting this in my settings to Update Apple ID Settings and underneath it says 'Some account services require you to sign in again' and I click Continue. It asks me to enter my password and after that it says 'Apple ID Locked, Your Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. To unlock it, you must verify your identity'. I click Unlock Account and then it gives me a choice of Unlock by Email or Answer Security Questions. I chose Unlock by Email and it sends an email to a different email address that is not my log in address. The email is from ****@id.apple.com Does this seem fishy or should I continue these steps to unlock my account?
