Hello Mcampo13,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're running into issues with Activity on your watch and iPhone. Have you gone through the steps in article, Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch? If not, give that a try.

Would you mind telling us the iOS version for your iPhone and the watchOS version installed on your Apple Watch?

iOS- Settings > General > About

WatchOS- On iPhone, Watch app > General > About / On Apple Watch, Settings > General > About

Have you tried restarting both your phone and watch? If not, give that a try

Restart your iPhone

How to restart your Apple Watch

If you continue to experience issues, you might consider unpairing and re-pairing your watch and iPhone.

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

Set up your Apple Watch

Best wishes.
