I have IPhone 12 Pro Max and Apple Watches 4, they connected each other, but when I open app „Activity“ on IPhone it says me „Before turn it on on your Apple Watch“. On my watches everything is on, and I see activity rings, everything works. I wanna see it also on IPhone, but I can’t.

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
