Screen Prints

Command shift 4 no longer works. I've done all the tips to fix. I need screen printing....

Open your System Preferences> Keyboards> Shortcuts> Screenshots

and see if the boxes for the shortcuts are checked.

Have you tried the Screenshot app which is in the Applications> Utilities folder.

I clearly said Command, shift,4 not working. It seems to copy the screen but will not paste the screen. I've done all the "fixes" mentioned on the internet and none work. However it seems that Command, control, shift, 4 is working.

Use command + shift + number 4 to select which part of the screen you want to print.

In the first post they quite clearly say they are using Command- Shift- 4 and are not able to make screenshots.
