Is there a way you can setup a date for ur payments to come off

Is it possible that you may be using the wrong term, Apple Pay, for what you are describing? I ask because Apple Pay is a process and not a direct payment service. As you already know, Apple Pay is a process that houses your credit / debit cards and use a chosen card to pay for purchases. That is all it does.

All payment due dates are set by the issuing organization (banks) of the credit / debit cards. If you want to change the payment due date for a credit card then you can contact the issuing bank and ask if they can change it.

Subscription related payments for Apple services begin on the day you subscribe with the first payment due immediately. The subsequent payments are due 30 days from the first payment. You cannot change these payment dates.
