Since past 3 versions of macOS, using an iPhone 6s plus, and iPhone se and now an iPhone se 2020, resetting and setting up the devices as new after each iOS update, and, clean installing macOS on mac after each of its update... I'm still unable to sign in to iMessages on macOS Big Sur on my MacBook air 2013. Any help?

That part explained in the post is already done. My messages are being forwarded to 3 devices. But I cannot login to iMessages on macOS.
i get “An unknown error occurred” message.
Cannot sign into iMessages on MacBook Air, since past 3 versions of macOS.
