Refused refund for minecoins that were not added to Minecraft account? In app purchase
Hi all,
I need some help/ direction on how to progress this.
For some reason, using the minecraft app to add minecoins has failed twice. First time I was refunded (£5.99) second time Apple refused. I appealed, added some additional data, but was still refused!
To make this clear, the minecoins haven't been spent, as they were never added to the account. These were via an in app purchase. Now short of getting my credit card company involved to get the money refunded, how do I progress this? I'm offered no options on "reportaproblem" page now.
