Seagate Backup plus not showing up on iMacMacOS Mojave version 10.14.6 Late 2013

Hub i plugged in and lights up. Does not show up on MacBook pro either. Does not show up in utilities. can't find it anywhere!

If you are using a hub, try without a hub (you may need an adaptor). If the external drive is not visible at all in Disk Utilities on multiple Macs, I suspect that the drive has failed.
