Subscribed to Apple Music on my phone but my computer doesn't think I am subscribed
I can listen to any music I want on my phone but when I try to do so on my computer it won't let me listen and asks me to sign up again...

It seems you're having trouble accessing Apple Music on your Mac and we want to help.
In Apple Music, are you signed in to the same Apple ID as you are on your iPhone?
Check this in the Music app by clicking Account from the menu bar at the top.

Thank you for the reply, I actually resolved this on my own. The solution was signing out then back in. It seems that there isn’t a backend check, that should happen, to check if you are subscribed until you log out then back in.
