I want to play downloaded music on my iPhone through Sonos. Apple Music keeps demanding I subscribe to hear my own music. Disgusting behavior, Apple! Please someone help me fix this.
If you're trying to use the Sonos app to connect a service, that requires Apple Music (the streaming service), Pandora, Soundcloud, etc. But, as long as your Sonos supports Air play, you can send your songs from the Music app to the speakers.

How are you "linking up" the Sonos. I just start a playlist and tap the Speaker Control icon at the bottom to select my Airplay enabled speakers.
No help. I can play my library on my phone. When I try to link up my Sonos Apple Music tells me I need to renew my subscription, and won't let me link in my speaker. The ad comes up every time I open the library. Makes me want to throw away every Apple product I have.
On the iPhone, your music in is the Library in the music app.
