Folding arms actives upper-left complication

It seems that whenever I fold my arms, one arm rests across the face of Apple Watch. This triggers Apple Watch to activate the complication on the upper left (Weather in my case). This make me nervous to wear Apple Watch as I am concerned that random movements throughout my day may trigger apps and possibly corrupt data with presses that are not explicit. Is there any way to prevent this behavior?

turn the water lock on.

When Water Lock is on, your Apple Watch Series 2 or later doesn't respond to touch on its display.
