The Focus that is supposed to put my Apple Watch into Do Not Disturb, the ‘Fitness’ Focus, turns itself off every night.
I have tried deleting it and recreating it.
The other things that happed around the same time:
I turned off Optimised Battery Charging on my Apple Watch.
I put Workout Low Power Mode on.

I spoke to Apple Support and they suggested to wipe my phone and restore from a backup and this seams to have fixed the issue. They said a fresh install of the operating system might fix the issue and it did for me.

I suffer from this, too, and have created two automations in the Shortcuts app: one to turn Fitness focus on when I start any workout, then a second to turn it off when I end any workout. That should suffice until Apple decides to fix this particular bug.
Same here. This is a recent thing that popped up with the latest update I think. I have workout low power mode and optimized battery charging enabled. I tried unpairing and re-pairing the watch as new and the issue is still there. I also haven’t been able to narrow it down but I think it might be from when my watch battery drops down below 20%.
I’m having the same issue with Fitness Focus. I do not use workout low power mode. I am using optimized battery charging. I have tried some of the same troubleshooting steps such as restarting as well as deleting and re-creating the fitness focus. I haven’t detected a pattern yet. Seems to work a few days and then reverts to “Off”. It had been working flawlessly for me until iOS 16.2 I think.
Actually this problem came back two days later after reinstalled the operating system and having to reconfigure all my apps. I don't recomend doing this. Didn't fix it
