how can i unlock my phone when it want connect to the itunes store

You don't connect to the iTunes Store app. You connect your phone to your home computer with iTunes and erase it. Follow the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
