Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you're unable to use the barcode from the LA Fitness app on your Apple Watch. We're happy to assist, and take a closer look into this.
Sometimes deleting the app from your Apple Watch and reinstalling can help with these issues. Please follow the steps.
- On the Home Screen, touch and hold the app icon until you see an X on the icon, then tap the X to remove the app from your Apple Watch. It remains on your paired iPhone, unless you delete it there, too.
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Tap My Watch, tap General, then turn off Automatic App Install.
- Tap My Watch, then scroll down to Available Apps.
- Tap Install next to the LA Fitness app to install.
