11.1 download fails every time

My MacBook Air M1 downloads MacOS 11.1 up to 4.19GB and then says, "download failed". Is anyone else getting this?

hi folks -- post reboot (safe mode not needed), download went fine; installation now complete. Sorry for the false alarm.

Try rebooting in Safe Mode ( SHIFT ) immediately at startup. Loads very slowly - normal. Try again.
