I have a Dell USBC hub D6000 for work. I can connect my 2020 iPad Pro to this for charging, connect external keyboard, mouse and additional memory cards, but I can’t output to the connected display via the display ports. Any ideas why?

Update; I’ve now solved this by changing from using display port adaptor to an HDMI connector. From the D6000 I’m connecting an HDMI to DVI adaptor, that then connects the the monitor. Hope that’s helpful.
