Refund Request Declined, Anyone Know Why It Was, Apple Won't Supply a Direct Reason
So basically, on Monday I was playing a game and put my phone down before I was going to sleep, I noticed a bit later that I forgot to turn it off and thought I had some notifications so I put my finger on the scanner to turn it on. Except that on the screen it was still on the game asking for a $80AUD micro transaction... I've sent 2 refund claims and both are denied and after requesting a reason to why I never got one and was told it might be specified in the Terms page here: https://www.apple.com/au/legal/internet-services/itunes/au/terms.html
the only line that I could see apply is the following:
"From time to time, Apple may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim."
but in the claims I made I never lied about how it occurred, I didn't attempt to abuse the refund or use manipulative behaviors and now I'm not sure how I'm going to get money...
if anyone else knows any other reason or a possible reason why I didn't get a refund it would help a lot... I just don't know what to do anymore since I only installed the game to play for a bit since I was bored
(the app was Clash Royale for a $80 micro transaction)
