Refund Request Declined, Anyone Know Why It Was, Apple Won't Supply a Direct Reason

So basically, on Monday I was playing a game and put my phone down before I was going to sleep, I noticed a bit later that I forgot to turn it off and thought I had some notifications so I put my finger on the scanner to turn it on. Except that on the screen it was still on the game asking for a $80AUD micro transaction... I've sent 2 refund claims and both are denied and after requesting a reason to why I never got one and was told it might be specified in the Terms page here: https://www.apple.com/au/legal/internet-services/itunes/au/terms.html

the only line that I could see apply is the following:

"From time to time, Apple may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Apple to a corresponding counterclaim."

but in the claims I made I never lied about how it occurred, I didn't attempt to abuse the refund or use manipulative behaviors and now I'm not sure how I'm going to get money...

if anyone else knows any other reason or a possible reason why I didn't get a refund it would help a lot... I just don't know what to do anymore since I only installed the game to play for a bit since I was bored

(the app was Clash Royale for a $80 micro transaction)

All refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis, so even if someone else had one declined, there is no way to compare it to your situation. For the most part, Apple does not generally issue refunds, because their terms state that all sales are final for the App Store, including in-app purchases. You would have to speak to Apple and rather than debate it with customer service, ask for a supervisor.
