When I want to go back to my original setting on my ipad

Hi there - I would like to give my iPad to my daughter. In order to make this a brand new iPad for her so she can sign in with her own account I need to reset to my original factory settings. I have done this however now I would like to delete all content. If I select this option it tells me it will delete everything obviously however will it only delete things on that particular iPad or will I lose everything on my phone and all other devices that share the same Apple ID? Thank you
