Can’t delete anything on my IPhone or create a backup on my laptop.

I can’t delete anything on my iPhone 8 without force restarting it and even after I do so, I’m only able to delete a few things until my iPhone starts not letting me delete anything again. It’s full, I’m trying to create more storage space, but I can’t without having to force restart my iPhone 20 times in a row; only to be able to delete 200 photos. I can’t make a backup on Itunes either. let alone that every iphone that I have owned so far had battery, Wifi and Storage issues. Apple, you have to fix these reoccurring issues with the iPhones.
