How do i find out my carrier im locked to without a sim card ?

If your iPhone is carrier locked then it is locked to the carrier that it worked last with. If you do not know this information then you can contact ➔ Apple Support and see whether they can help.

If the device is using iOS version 14.x then you can open Settings ➔ General ➔ About ➔ Carrier Lock : See whether it states the carrier's name there. If not then back to contacting Apple Support as suggested above.
