How can I use iPhone 6 with another network?

I bought apple iphone 6s in Australia minimum 3years ago and used with Vodafone sim card. worked perfectly. but I recently moved to Sri Lanka and now Im Unable to use it here with another service provider. So, What should I do? How can I unlock this to work with another networks?
