Hello techguy171,

From what you've shared we understand that you're receiving an unexpected prompt, and we'd like to share some resources that may help. To get started restart your device to see if the behavior persists: Restart your iPhone

If you're unable to access your iPhone, continue here: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

Should the behavior persist share the following:

  • What is the exact text you're seeing?
  • Have there been any recent changes? For example, new apps or management profiles.

These details may help facilitate additional answers.

Take care.

once the phone is unlocked, it will continue popping up saying find my iPhone alert all the time and when you press OK it continues to pop up and vibrate for over three hours, the message on the lock screen says lost iPhone, the next line is reset required, and then when I enter my passcode, it unlocks the phone but later it says reset required again, I tried changing my Apple ID password but that didn’t help.
