I updated my macos from catlina to big sure and when i start my macbook show me a massege on my mac say your hard is locked so i go to disk utility to do first aid on Macintosh hd but it is stay on unlocking disk so should i waiting unlock the disk or i must format the hard disk ?

Try rebooting the Mac and try booting into Safe Mode.
If First Aid is unable to repair the drive or resolve the issue, then most likely you will need to erase the whole physical drive and re-install macOS or restore from a backup.
