I bought the apple watch 6 and i can't use the blood oxygen app (it says your region doesn’t support ...) also the ecg .. and even the cellular .. why then I bought it if I can use all the features. Please, let me know if there is a solution for this. I live in Morocco

i had IOS14.2 on my iPhone 11pro and watchOS7.2. I updated my iPhone to IOS14.3 and I could measure my blood oxygen. Thank you! I could also setup the cardio fitness notification but not ECG. It says that not available in my region just like was with Oxygen blood measurement.. could you tell me please What about ECG? And if I can setup it. Do you have any idea about the cellular connection. My Apple Watch 6 doesn’t connect to my operator.

all features for Siri are allowed in Morocco but it is not mentioned in the lists. also blood oxygen is mentioned as allowed in Morocco but the watch says it is not allowed in my area. I don't see why there is this difference. can i hope this will change or not. what should be done to make all features work?

ECG is not available in Morocco, so there would not be a way to get that working. For cellular, you would want to reach out to your cellular provider directly.
