Just remove from old and insert in the new one.

Both should nano-SIM card.

The new iPhone must be unlocked, If another carrier.

I cannot get the sim tray on my new SE iPhone to release in order to transfer sim card from old SE iPhone. I've pressed with the paperclip multiple times. Yes, the phone is unlocked.
