I need to shorten a video on my new iPhone 12 but I can't figure out how to do it. I would like to cut some frames from the end and from the beginning.

Sorry - that wasn't clear. Is there any way to reduce the size? It's only 0:17 but 79.3MB and won't send to my computer. I need to email it to show a roofer a leak in my new roof so I have to send it by email.
Roofer is terrible! It's a brand new roof and I could literally hear the rain drops coming through the wall to the basement. I told him about it on December 14, and I've yet to see anyone from the company.
Oh well, it is 2020 - the year of ****.
