The phone does not turn off

Hi, I'm from Moscow. Today I bought an Iphone 12 Pro, found a problem. The phone does not turn off from the side button

If you want to shut down your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Shut down.

You can also hold either volume button and the side button for a few seconds and you'll get the power off slider
