Apple support remote access

I Apple support staff helped me in an issue that I have faced in my iPhone, by enabling a feature which granted them access to control my iPhone.


1- How this is done ?

2- How do I make sure that this remote session was closed?

many thanks for your quick response.


I am using iPhone 11, Software version 14.3 (18C66).


I have clicked on Setting/General and scrolled to the bottom as you mentioned, but there was no “Profiles” option.
