Demo model
I got a iPad air(2020) as a Christmas present but it turns out its a demo model (i do have receipt ) and its in demo model so you cant download apps what to do ? ( The stores are closed because og covid)

Hmm. Interesting that you got a demo model as these are not, AFAIK, to be sold. I suggest that you contact Apple directly using the "Contact Support" link in the upper righthand side of this forum's web page to see what options may be available to you.
