Does the apple store let you try procreate?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to figure out if an ipad is best for me; i've never had any apple products besides an iPod nano, and now as I'm in my last year of college for Graphic Design, I'm trying to figure out if an iPad and procreate would be a nice upgrade/graduation present. I've never had a drawing tablet besides a pen tablet that hooks up to my laptop, and I know I would go for the 12.9" iPad Pro, but i'm trying to see if its possible to try out procreate in store to finalize my decision?
